You have Video and you want to extract the sound and build another video with it ...  it so easy you don't need to search for a software to do that, i think you already have it .. You can  Extract sound from a video with VLC.

You must first download VLC Media Player .

Then, after installation:

1. Digital Menu => Convert / Save

2. Click Add => select the video file will extract the soundtrack

3. Click on the convert / save

4. In the window that appears, choose the destination path of the audio file and click the icon "settings" (first icon on the bottom)

5. In the window that opens, in the "Encapsulation Method" tab, select = Wav.

6. In the Audio Codecs tab, choose from the dropdown menu and choose MP3 = flow (s16l 128 kbit / s or 192 kbit / sec (= 2 channels for stereo))

7. Click "Save" and then "Start"

8. Your file then registers in the destination directory you specified in MP3 format.

Remarks:

1- it is possible to select other audio codecs in VLC.

2: It is possible that the resulting file has an extension .ps. This file is unusable as it is. In this case proceed as follows:
In step 4, when selecting the destination file, you must provide a complete file name ending with the extension .mp3 as it is converted to MP3.

From the MP3 file, you can use software to encode in another format (wav, ogg, ...). MediaCoder is probably the most complete video and audio conversion software.

welcome everybody .. any questions leave it in a comment..
