HOW TO SEE THE WIFI PASSWORD SAVED ON YOUR ANDROID PHONE

With multiple points of access Wi-Fi and stored on your Android device passing time, it becomes quite normal to forget one or more security keys of a certain or more networks. This article presents a small but handy tip for when you need to recover a forgotten password. I give you an example to explain better now: Your friend needs to connect to the Wi-Fi network that you are about to use on your Android smartphone, he or she asks you the security key, but you can not get just not to remember it. What will you do? Read the rest of this tutorial to find out.

First method:

On your smartphone as on most devices, when you connect to your wireless access point and you enter your security key, this must necessarily be saved in a file (sometimes even plain) somewhere on the system. So to recover it will take just locate and read the contents of this file.

Then just use it to read the wpa-supplicant.conf file you will find in: / data / misc / wifi

Open it with a text editor that has also root law, wpa_supplicant.conf file as shown in picture if below contains a list of security keys in clear any WiFi networks stored in your Android .

Second Method:

Using the WiFi Pass Recovery & Backup application. This application lists alphabetically all wireless network passwords stored on your device, save the list to a file in the memory card and restores it when you want with a single click!

Note: superuser permissions.
