Mute a tab in Google Chrome in one click

You open a great site and without realize you end up with 20 tabs open in your Chrome browser. When suddenly a frightful music causing a kind of cacophonous mixture with the album that you're listening.



Two solutions available to you: either mute the computer, or crazy.

But Google has thought of you and integrated into its browser a new feature that allows to silence one-click tabs that bothered us. Great for continuing to listen to your music in peace and avoid a nervous breakdown with the howling pub.

Instead of just simply know what tab makes noise, it is possible to cut without having to go there.

Here's how to turn off the sound too loud a tab directly from Chrome.

Go to chrome  and enter the following URL in a tab on your Chrome browser:

chrome: // flags / # enable-tab-audio muting

Then select the following functionality: "user interface command to disable an audio tab."

Finally restart your browser for this to be taken into account.

It'll just click the button as shown below to disable or enable the sound of a tab.
