LG G4 rumors indicate a 5.6 inch screen

Some recently disclosed information has revealed more details on the future LG's flagship smartphone, the G4. Apparently, the smartphone will be very different from its predecessor, the G3, especially since LG is seeking to recover the third place in the smartphone market.

According to the information relayed by PhoneArena, suggests that the G4 will be launched with a 5.6 inch screen, making it slightly larger than its predecessor. However, the screen will arrive with the same resolution Quad HD or 2560 x 1440 pixels, than its predecessor. Although this means that the pixel density will be lower, the average user should not see the difference. However, other details have also surfaced.

Apart from the screen so the G4 is expected to arrive with Android 5.0 as operating system, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. This is a chip 64-bit processor. It is also expected to 3 GB of RAM, and various internal storage capacities. A micro SD slot is expected to increase this capacity if necessary. Rumors indicate that it will carry a 16 megapixel sensor on the back cover, which should have the optical image stabilization and an auto focus laser. In addition, he will be able to boast of fingerprint recognition technology.

LG expects to sell up to 10 million units G4, which is a possibility if it builds on the success of its predecessor. So far, the rumors have reported little evidence on the fact that the G4 will be radically different from previous LG models. In other words, the firm could face an increasingly competitive sector. Like the iPhone 6 Apple, Samsung recently unveiled the Galaxy S6, which with its metal frame and glass panels, inevitably may appeal to consumers in search of a high-end smartphone.

To attract consumers, LG will surely need to highlight the unique characteristics of the device when it unveiled in April.
