BIOS (Basic Input Output System) is a set of functions embedded in the ROM of the motherboard of a computer allowing it to perform basic operations at its power, as soon as you turn on your computer, which takes control. It verifies the operation of the hardware (memory, hard drive, etc.) and test the components of the computer. Once it has finished all this, it passes control to the operating system, that is why it must be protected, the only solution is to activate the password found in the BIOS. 3. Enable BIOS password
This is very simple, this requires changing the BIOS settings of your motherboard to ask for a password each time you turn on the PC, and even before Windows starts.
1 - restart the microphone. When the Bios Home window appears, move in this window with the arrow keys and go to the Password setting option, Supervisor password or Change supervisor password (or approaching name) and press Entrance.
2 - Type your password and press Enter. And confirm the password: Enter again and press Enter.
3 - Move to the line features BIOS setup or Advanced CMOS setup, and then press Enter.
4 - Search and highlight the line options or Password Security check, usually set on the Setup option. Press + until you reach the System option (or Always) and press Esc.
5 - Save the changes: press F10, and when asked if you want to save the changes, type the letter Y. Then press Enter to restart the computer.
