Google launches Ethernet adapter for Chromecast

Chromecast Google is one of the most affordable ways to transform a standard TV into a Smart TV. Just plug the key 35 euros into the HDMI port of your TV, to connect to your Wi-Fi network, and you can view content from Netflix, YouTube, and other services using your smartphone, tablet or computer as a remote control. And, you can even use a Chromecast to play.

But what if you do not have a reliable Wi-Fi? No problem. Now you can use an Ethernet cable. Google has released an Ethernet adapter to 15 dollars dedicated to Chromecast. Unfortunately, to date the accessory is not yet available on French boutique Play Store. This means you'll have to wait to get their hands on. Hopefully Google unlocks quickly purchase.

Chromecast itself has a single micro-USB port that you normally use to connect a power cable. But if you connect the Ethernet adapter, it will not only provide energy to Chromecast but also allow you to plug an Ethernet cable. So you can connect your Chromecast directly to your router with a wired connection.

The adapter supports 10/100 Ethernet connections, works with a standard RJ-45 cable, and essentially replaces the cable supplied with the Chromecast.

Forget the hassle of Wi-Fi networks that could degrade your user experience!
