Delete your search history on Google

Did you know? When you search on Google, or on your smartphone, Google keeps a history in your account. This optimizes future searches, and only you have access to it (well almost).

Very practical at first sight. Unless you gave your password to your spouse.

If you are concerned about your privacy and want to be discreet, here is an easy way to clear your Google search history.

In this article you will learn how to delete your search history on Google.

Delete your search history on Google

In your Web browser, go to the address https://history.google.com/history/
Then sign in to your Google account by entering your username and password
You now have before you a chart showing your use as a user listed under Google. All your search history is displayed.

- Click the gear then click Delete options.

- Now to remove all your activities related to the Google search, select the Advanced checkbox and choose the period.

- Finally click Delete

If in the future you no longer want Google records the sites you visit, you can click Settings in the connection options.

Then you only have to click on Disable history to ensure that Google stops to collect your private data.
